Best place to get a massage in Des Moines.

This is a top notch place for self-care services. We used to get massages here, but now have branched out. We recently received Broadband Light Services and it was great. My wife and I both enjoyed it. If you are looking for quality skin care, The Spa is the place to go. We highly recommend it.

If you’re pregnant and having any pregnancy related pains I HIGHLY recommend doing a prenatal massage at The Spa at West Glen. They have a special pillow so you can safely lay on your tummy during your massage and it is seriously heaven on earth! I don’t even live in Iowa but every time I visited during my pregnancy I made sure to visit them!
I had my first European facial with Michelle (Mother’s Day gift) and she did a wonderful job! She explained everything well & gave me a new skin care routine. My face looked so wonderful afterwards and it was such a relaxing experience. The receptionists were very kind and helpful and the spa was very clean. I would recommend West Glen to anyone and will definitely be returning! Thanks, ladies!!

Fabulous experience.. was nervous about botox.. …but .the staff and Dr Heidi where WONDERFUL.. explaining as she went along and very warm and relaxing.. can’t wait for my next treatment..

I’ve been getting massages/facial services at the spa for a while, but now that I’m pregnant I have a whole new level of appreciation for a good massage! They even have a special bed so I can comfortably lay on my stomach. I see Keziah, she’s amazing, but in all honesty you can’t go wrong with any of the therapists at The Spa at West Glen!
