I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Beth and the spa. First- the customer service: beginning with my first email- to coming in the front door is exceptional. Secondly- Beth is really amazing. I came in with some concerns and an idea of what I wanted. She worked with me and we came up with options to best achieve my goals. She even completely talked me out of a service because it wasn’t in my best interest. I have never felt pressure or had her “upsale” which can be so common in aesthetics.. I trust her so much with my face- I’m so impressed by her knowledge, skill and integrity. I’m so happy I found the spa at West Glen and I can’t wait for what’s to come! I absolutely love West Glen Spa! I have been having massages there for several years. Andrea my massage therapist is the best. She gives a wonderful massage and takes a concerned interest in me as a person and not just a client. She always is sure to ask if I have any problem areas and works the massage around my areas of concern. I so enjoy relaxing before or afterwards with a cup of tea in the Spa’s relaxation room. The changing area is always clean and offers everything one would need to enhance the spa experience. The gals at the front desk are always friendly and smiling. The entire West Glen Spa experience is excellent.
Love it! I have permanent eyeliner. Terrie does an amazing job. Everyone is so kind, I feel very special when I am there. You must find a reason to visit!

I was scheduled for a massage for my birthday and was not disappointed in the least!! The front desk ladies were great and extremely friendly, and I cannot say enough good things about Keziah!!! She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable!! The massage was AMAZING!! I will definitely be going back!!

What can I say? This place is great! From Maggie at the front desk to Michelle, my awesome esthetician. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I love the attention given to me and their knowledge of the proper treatments needed as well as giving advice on having a proper skin care program too. Never had a bad experience.
