I met with Carol today for a Consultation. I had originally met with Kylea for a Tox treatment a few weeks ago. Not only was Kylea absolutely amazing, full of knowledge and walked me through the different options available for toxins on the market. Kylea then chatted with me about my skincare goals and introduced me to the Visia Real Skin Age machine! This little GIANT was able to pinpoint what areas I needed to focus on, as I age to meet my skincare goals. Following that appointment, Kylea got me set up with Carol for my next steps! Not only was Carol incredibly knowledgeable, she had photos of HERSELF with each available option she presented me with. From microneedling to chemical peels and laser treatments, she had examples and step by step before and afters. Not only did I feel comfortable with her experience beforehand, after meeting with her, I now know that my FACE is in safe hands with the ladies at The Spa at West Glen! I look forward to posting a follow up review following my next appointment with Carol! Ms. Kylea, I will be seeing you in the New Year for a follow up Tox appointment!
I love this spa. Everyone is so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Carol has done several facials for me and she ALWAYS gives amazing service. She’s always educating me on my skin and products that will help give the best results.

Dr Heidi Koch is amazing! My eyes having been feeling heavy and tired so I decided to see her for a little Botox. She explained everything upfront and how I can save money in the process. I loved the results! The staff is also friendly and professional!
