I did microneedling yesterday. Carol was great! She explained the process and procedure and kept checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. She suggested a few products but wasn’t aggressive. I will absolutely be returning in 4 weeks for another session.
Beth is amazing! A genuine person who is great with clients and fantastic at her job. She goes into detail about what you want and is authentic about relationships with who she works with! Everyone is extremely friendly from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. You’ll always want to keep going back!
Dr. Heidi and her staff are simply the best. The entire experience from the deluxe waiting room to check out is amazing. Heidi is a consummate professional highly skilled at her craft. I highly recommend The Spa at West Glen.

A few months back I received my first Botox treatment from Nurse Injector Katie M. And she made me feel so relaxed and answered all of my questions. I just had my second appointment with her and she did just as amazing. I have definitely found my spa and my favorite injector.
