Heidi Koch MD is the Owner and Medical Director of The Spa at West Glen, where medicine, aesthetics, and confidence come together. 

Dr. Heidi earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1996 and completed her pediatric residency and Chief Residency in Pediatrics. She practiced as a pediatrician from 2001 to 2006 and has been practicing medicine continuously since completing her training. This extensive medical foundation informs the thoughtful, patient-centered care she delivers today. 

In 2006 Dr. Heidi made the switch to Aesthetic Medicine. In 2012 she completed a fellowship and became board certified through the Academy of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine. She has been practicing aesthetic medicine for over 20 years and continues to see patients personally at the spa, ensuring each treatment is grounded in both experience and medical excellence. 

Dr. Heidi’s core belief is simple yet powerful: confidence changes everything. She views aesthetic medicine not as vanity, but as a tool to help patients feel more aligned, empowered, and confident in their own skin. Her work is guided by the philosophy that when people feel confident, they show up differently in every area of their lives. 

In serving her patients Dr. Heidi is deeply passionate about helping them prioritize themselves without guilt or apology. Every treatment plan is intentional, personalized, and designed to support both beautiful results and lasting confidence.
