What is the Beauty Bank Membership?
The Beauty Bank Membership is a flexible program where you deposit funds each month that can be used toward treatments, products, and exclusive member-only perks.
How does the monthly deposit work?
Each month, your funds will be automatically added to your Beauty Bank account. These funds accumulate and can be used toward any service or product.
Do my funds expire?
No—your funds never expire! You can save them up or use them as you go.
Are my funds immediately available upon sign-up?
No. Your funds will be available only after your first monthly payment has been processed—and the same applies moving forward.
Each month, funds must be charged to your account before they can be used toward services or products.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who enrolled.
Can I combine my member discounts with other promotions?
Member discounts cannot be combined with other special offers unless otherwise stated.
What if my card declines?
If your card is declined, a $25 fee will be applied. Please update your payment method to continue receiving member benefits.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships may be canceled anytime after the initial 6-month commitment with 30 days’ notice.
Any unused funds in your account will remain available for future services or product purchases.
Do you offer refunds on membership fees?
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, your accumulated funds can always be applied toward eligible services and retail products.
What treatments or products can I use my Beauty Bank funds on?
Funds can be used on almost all of our services and retail products, including injectables, skincare treatments, wellness services such as hormone consultations, and medical-grade skincare.
Are BTL Services included in the 10% off?
No, BTL services are not included in the standard 10% discount. However, they may occasionally be featured in exclusive specials available only to Beauty Bank members.
